Year 2013 | TESTING THE WINGS

The journey to Qasumi has its beginning in 2013.
The passion for the challenge of building modern websites reached its peak and we started creating websites for private individuals and companies as a hobby under the name of Websolutions by CB.

As new players in the market, despite being at the hobby level, we wanted to offer something extra than what the professionals did.
The price was the first, we felt that even if the competitors were professional they took overcharge of their work.

Being able to offer as a small hobby web designer basically the same work at a fraction of the price what a professionals did was something we emphasized.
The next step to offer that little extra was to offer our customers 7 days a week support, which proved to be very appreciated. We had contact with them through our private Facebook.

The foundation by that made, Doing professional creative websites to a lower price and 7 days a week support.

– Maybe a little too much for a little hobby designer you might think.
But that proven to become the foundation of what we stand for even today!

The business concept became very popular and more and more assignments came in.

Year 2014-16 | GOING PROFESSIONAL

The following year, the interest in the newly created business page proved to be a success, and we decided to start investing in it professionally.
Even though at this time we were a small but professional web agency, it was not enough to offer modern websites – we needed something extra.

We then decided to start offering various graphic services such as logo design but also search engine optimization.
Something we also used when we started marketing our services, we discovered that our customers needed more than just a website, so we started offering packages in the form of website, logo, search engine optimization and, in some cases, web hosting at the same price.

At this time, the idea of ​​running a web hosting company had not started, so we simply took our own profit from building a website and bought 1-year subscriptions from web hosting company for the customer.

We placed great emphasis on the added value of our customers.

We already by then wanted to distinguish us from other competitors.

Year 2016-17 | EXPANDING & PREPARING FOR FUTURE

In 2016, the activity was in full movement and had accelerated.
In order to meet the high demand, we further expanded our range of services and began to involve other competent professionals in our services.
Services in the form of complete graphics solutions, staff branding, digital marketing, etc. were some of the services that we added. This was possible because we were no longer alone and could act intermediaries in some other services.

But despite this success story, something was missing.
We had  a lot of work, but due to our low price and high demand, we did not get the time to do enough.

We had to reschedule our entire business concept.
We also did not want to be tied locally to the Swedish market.

By 2017, we made the decision to completely change the business and cut the umbilical cord and open our doors to the global market.

What was then just a web agency should now become a full-service creative agency.
We started preparing for this change, we went through all the services and began to build a network of professionals with expertise in various areas around the world.

Own web hosting service was also something we thought was essential when we became a global agency.

And at this stage, Qasumi was born and this website and logo began to work on.

2017-18- THE CREATION OF QASUMI

During the year 2017, while we built Qasumi, we needed a platform for our professional teams, but also customers to collaborate, as the entire business would be built on a single large network.
This enabled us to build a platform that we today call the client area.

January 1, 2018, we launched our new major initiative, Qasumi Webmedia. A business concept that is continually being developed due to our new innovative networking method.
